Industry Care

The State of Odisha, in an effort to provided swift clearances and resolution to grievances faced by the industries, have introduced the “Industry Care” mechanism which ensures that all grievances/issues raised by industries about to set-up and /or operating in the State are resolved in a prompt manner.

To enable this mechanism, the following steps have been taken by the State Government: 

  • All industries are requested to log their grievances/issues on the e-Suvidha portal through GO SWIFT (URL: https://investodisha.gov.in/goswift/ )
  • In case they are not able to do so, they can also email their queries to paridhi@investodisha.org
  • All the concerned department representatives will meet the investors at a single office, based the district of the industry, to resolve their issues. The day-wise assignment of districts for the meetings is as follows:
    Day Districts
    Wednesday Balangir, Bargarh, Boudh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Nuapada, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Sundargarh
    Thursday Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Kendrapada, Khurda, Jajpur, Mayubhanj, Nabarangpur, Nayagrah, Puri
    Friday Angul, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Jagatsighpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada
  • 10 days after the grievances have been logged; the investor may please visit IPICOL during 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on the day of the week assigned to their district for discussion with the concerned nodal officer and resolution of the issues, under the chairpersonship of Managing Director, IPICOL.
  • The pending issues will also be reviewed during the weekly SLFC meetings held under the chairpersonship of Chairman, IPICOL and the latest status will be shared with the industries/investors.
  • If the grievance cannot be resolved in the daily meetings, then it will be raised for resolution in the fortnightly “Industry Care” meeting held under the chairpersonship of Principal Secretary, Industries, in which the Secretaries of the concerned Department will be invited, if required.
  • If the issues are not resolved in the fortnightly meeting also, then it will be raised in the monthly State Projects Management Group (SPMG) meeting held under the chairpersonship of Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha.
