Under rule 51 of odisha Excise rules 2017, govt. sanctions new on shop licence as per recommendation of the collector and Excise commissioner, odisha. The licence is issued by the district collector on receipt of govt. sanction

Documents Required:

1. Bank Gurantee.
2. parlour on shop.
3. Audit balance sheet in case of company.
4. Income tax certificate.
5. ROR copy.
6. Building plan copy.
7. Rent agreement if required.
8. GST certificate.
9. FSSAI certificate.
10. Shop photo front, toilet, dining, kitchen.
11. PAN card.
12. Aadhaar card.
13. Power of attorney if required.
14. Fire safety certificate.
15. Undertaking if required.
16. Affidavit/self declaration of non-Conviction in any criminal Case.

Service Delivery Period : 90 days

Fee Structure : As Per Excise Fee, Excise Duty & Margin Structure Along With Regulatory Guidelines 2020-21.

Application Fee : Non-refundable application fees Rs. 1.00 lakh only.
