Documents required for authorization under Construction and Demolition Waste Management (Management and Handling) Rules, 2016

1. Location map and document of site approved and allotted by the competent authority.

2. Project Report on processing or recycling technology to be used for construction and demolition waste.

3. Site clearance document from prescribed authority. (d) Copy of agreement between competent authority or local authority and operating agency.

4. Detail report on measure to be taken for prevention and control of environmental pollution.

5. Documents on measures to be taken for safety of workers working in the processing or recycling plant.

6. Preventive plan for accident during the collection, transportation and treatment including processing and recycling.

7. Consent to establish and consent to operate granted by the concerned State Pollution Control Board under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, (25 of 1974) and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981(21 of 1981).
