General Instructions

1. On submission of the application, the same will be forwarded to the concerned District Magistrate or the Police Commissionerate.
2. The application receiving authority asks the applicant to provide additional information, if required.
3. The District Magistrate’s/Police Commissionerate’s office sends for an enquiry from authorities such as the Fire authorities, Police authorities, Electrical authorities, Tahsildar, R&B authorities etc., who conducts inspections/physical verifications of the site as per the requirements.
4. On receipt of the reports from the concerned authorities, the District Magistrate/Commissioner of Police provides their remarks and issues/rejects the NOC.

Checklist

1. AADHAAR.
2. PAN.
3. Approved layout plan from Chief Controller of Explosives.
4. Land document (ROR copy / Lease agreement copy).
5. Letter of Intent issued by the oil company.
