I wish to setup a new manufacturing facility in Odisha, how can GO-SWIFT help?
New Investors can obtain all necessary information regarding proposed investments, select and obtain land, avail post-land allotment services from IDCO, apply for single window clearance. GO SWIFT facilitates statutory clearances for 34 G2B services from 15 Departments. The portal also allows hassle-free incentive application and sanction under IPR 2015.
I am an existing investor in the state, how does GO-SWIFT provide me assistance?
Existing investors can apply to regulatory agencies for renewal of services, take advantage of risk-based synchronized inspections, resolve issues with government departments and also dovetail CSR activities with the developmental goals of the state.
I am a New User. How do I register on GO-SWIFT? Is there any Registration Fee?
New Users can register themselves by filling the registration form and OTP based verification of email/mobile number provided. There is no fee for registration.
What is the Single Sign-On (SSO) Framework?
All existing technological applications of the Industries Department, including APAA/ GO SMILE / GOPLUS / GO CARE / SPMG Portal have been seamlessly integrated via the Single Sign-on (SSO) Framework. Existing users can login through their registered login credentials.
How do I get information on applicable approvals/clearances I need for setting up/operating my business?
Info Wizard tool on the portal provides industrial units with customized information regarding requisite approvals and applicable incentives about the proposed investment. Investors Guide and User Manuals for all services are also available on the portal.
Once registered on the portal, how do I proceed to obtain Land & G2B services?
The first step towards establishing an enterprise in Odisha is to fill up the PEAL (Project Evaluation & Allotment of Land) form under GO-SWIFT. PEAL Form and Single Window Authority approval is mandatory in case land is required from IDCO. Existing and new industries already in possession of requisite land may choose to apply for departmental services directly without filling the PEAL form.
Will my application be rejected if I miss out to submit the requested documents/ information?
No. A query management system (QMS) system has been put in place wherein concerned department can raise a query within 7 working days in case information is incomplete/clarification is required.
How do I pay fees when applying for services?
Upon completion of the required details in the application form, the user will be redirected to the payment gateway where multiple online payment modes are available including Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card Payment.
How do I track my application?
Users can track the real-time status of their applications via the Investor Dashboard. Email and SMS notifications are sent at all critical stages of the application.
Do I need to visit the departments for receiving my approved certificate?
Once the application is approved by the respective department, applicant will receive notification via email and SMS and the approved certificate can be downloaded without the need for any physical touch point.
How can I be sure that approvals will be provided in a time-bound manner?
Government of Odisha is committed to providing unmatched facilitation support and time-bound clearances to investors. Timelines for various approvals are mapped under the Odisha Right to Public Services Act (ORTPSA). Further, progress of applications by business units and status of clearances is being monitored at senior levels of Government through customized dashboards.
In case a state government department has its own online portal portal, do I still need to apply on GO-SWIFT?
All industrial/business units are encouraged to apply on GO-SWIFT to facilitate interdepartmental coordination and tracking of applications. Non-Industrial/Non-business applicants may continue applying for desired services on the online portal of respective departments.
