General Instructions

1. On submission of the application, the same will be forwarded to the concerned District Magistrate or the Police Commissionerate.
2. The application receiving authority asks the applicant to provide additional information, if required.
3. The District Magistrate’s/Police Commissionerate’s office sends for an enquiry from authorities such as the Fire authorities, Police authorities, Electrical authorities, Tahsildar etc., who conducts inspections/physical verifications of the site as per the requirements.
4. On receipt of the reports from the concerned authorities, the District Magistrate/Commissioner of Police provides their remarks and issues/rejects the NOC.

Checklist

1. Land document of the proposed buildings or sheds showing approach road to the factory, all buildings in and around, and safety distances maintained.
2. Letter of Intent(LOI).
3. Approved Layout plan from the Chief Controller Explosive.
4. Any Govt issued ID proof of the applicant (Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport etc).
5. PAN.
6. Land document (ROR copy/Lease agreement copy).
7. Certificate of Incorporation (In case of company).
