General Instructions

Label/Brand Registration is regulated under rule 102 of odisha Excise rules 2017. Any foreign liquor, IMFL, beer, country liquor either manufactured in odisha or outside the state in india for import, export, transport, storage,sale requires the label & its brand registration by the Excise commissioner, odisha. Any intending manufacture/supplier/ trader need to apply online with payment of required fees to the Excise commissioner who after scrutiny of the documents accords approval.

Documents Required:

1. Agreement between brand owner & Bottling/ Breweries/ Bonded ware house.
2. Company PAN number.
3. Company/ Firm registration certificate by Govt.
4. FSSAI certificate.
5. GST certificate.
6. Memorandum of article.

Service Delivery Period : 07 days.

Fee Structure : No fees is applicable.
