• Availability of dedicated human resources majoring in agriculture, horticulture, food technology, veterinary sciences and rural management

Investment Opportunities

There is vast untapped potential for food processing industry in Odisha as only a miniscule 0.7% of the total produce is processed currently. Government of Odisha plans to augment the growth of food processing from 0.7% to 10% by 2017 and 25% by 2025 opening up large scale investment opportunities. Some of opportunities include:
