Incentives for Private Industrial Parks |
50% capital grant (up to ₹100 crore per park/ first 5 parks promoted by State Agencies/Private sector) for development of common infrastructure in Pharma or MedTech Parks of minimum 100 acres Applicable for investments made after the policy's effective date, earlier projects qualify only if common infrastructure is completed within the policy period and no prior incentive was availed.
