Implementation

For Apparel Park, the nodal agency shall be Orissa State Cooperative Spinning Mills Federation Ltd. (SPINFED) which shall receive, process proposals and submit through Director, Textiles to Govt. in Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department for approval.

For units with investment per unit up to Rs.50 crore, SPINFED will receive application with DPR, evaluate and give a Techno-Financial Feasibility approval.

For units with investment per unit above Rs.50 crore Investors shall apply in Combined Application Form (CAF) which will be processed by IPICOL.

SPINFED will monitor and facilitate the benefits under the Policy.

Incentives

This policy benefits can be availed in addition to IPR. No other Sectoral/MSME policy of Govt. Odisha will be applicable.

Financial Incentives
Apparel Units with minimum 200 workers	Rs. 1500 per worker per month for 36 months, if 90% workers are domicile of Odisha
Apparel Park	Capital grant of 20% of project cost upto Rs. 20 crore Interest free loan upto 10%, maximum limit of Rs. 10 crore
